"Petareño" is the name of those people belonging to Petare, capital of the Sucre Municipality of Miranda State, one of the 32 parishes in the Caracas metropolitan area and one of the largest neighborhoods in Latin America. Being Petareño goes beyond just a name or a common characteristic… Petareños are made of Petare… From the strength of concrete and bricks, from the optimism and warmth of its people, from the majesty of the mountains and the rudeness of the neighborhood, of the diversity and color of its watercolor skies and graffiti walls.
