The Waraira Repano National Park, better known as El Ávila, offers multiple trails to its visitors, which can be done by car, cable car or simply walking. This mountainous formation is the green lung of the city, where different activities can be carried out. It is one of the main attractions of the capital of Venezuela at heights that vary from 120 to 2765 meters above sea level, in the Naiguatá Peak. In 1958 it was declared a national park and is located in the Litoral Chain within the Costa mountain range, in north-central Venezuela. It extends from Caracas (Capital District) throughout the north of Miranda state and south of La Guaira state, better known as Vargas state.
